ERIE, Pa. (AP) - A northwestern Pennsylvania casino has been fined $10,000 for not locking a room used to store table game equipment.

Presque Isle Downs & Casino near Erie has consented to the penalty handed down Wednesday by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

The board says the casino used a vacant room to store the equipment, and that arrangement allowed people to access the room without a key several times.
