CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) - Pro wrestler Hulk Hogan’s beach store in Clearwater Beach had to be evacuated after patrons felt a shift while standing on a second-floor balcony.

City of Clearwater spokeswoman Joelle Castelli says hundreds of people were in the building on Saturday but no one was injured. They were at an autograph signing for Hogan.

The Fire Marshall ordered the building closed until its owner can get a structural engineer to determine if it is safe to occupy.

Hogan currently is involved in a civil trial with the popular news website, Gawker.

Hogan is suing Gawker for $100 million for publishing a sex tape of him and the wife of a Tampa radio personality.

Opening statements start Monday in St. Petersburg.
