CHICAGO (AP) - Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan is preparing to announce the top consumer complaints her office received in 2015. And once again, consumer debt and identity theft rank near the top.

Madigan plans to discuss consumer concerns Monday morning at a Chicago news conference. She’ll be joined by officials from the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois.

The attorney general’s office said Sunday that Madigan will also announce new legal action involving a student loan “debt scam.”
