LITTLE RICK, Ark. (AP) - A New York man and an Arkansas woman have claimed the top spots in the 2016 Little Rock Marathon.

Unofficial results from Sunday’s race indicate 30-year-old Bryan Morseman of Bath, New York, won the men’s race with a time of 2:27:15. Morseman placed second in the Little Rock Marathon in 2014 and says he wanted to come back and win the race.

Unofficial results indicate 37-year-old Tia Stone of Searcy won the women’s race with a time of 3:00:23. The mother of four won her first marathon in November 2015 and says she has crossed the finish line first in her last three competitions.

Taking second place in the men’s division was 26-year-old Dong Ruihuang of Changchun City, China. Erin Bellissimo of Little Rock finished second in the women’s division.
