BEAR, Del. (AP) - The Delaware State Police is investigating an armed robbery of a Royal Farms in Bear.

State Police says the robbery happened just after 6 p.m. Saturday at the Royal Farms located at 1551 Pulaski Highway. State Police says an armed male suspect approached a clerk and demanded money from the register.

State Police says the clerk complied with the suspect’s demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of money. State Police says the suspect then fled.

State Police described the suspect as a white male between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall. State Police says he was last seen wearing a dark colored sweatshirt, black pants and a black mask covering his face.
