BEND, Ore. (AP) - A 30-year-old man is suspected of bringing a gun to a pub about an hour north of Bend where shots were fired and a woman was struck by bullets.

The Bulletin reports (https://bit.ly/1SspgLH) bail was set at $60,000 for Eric Robert Foreman, who is facing several charges including third-degree assault and pointing a firearm at another person.

The Madras Police Department released a statement saying Foreman got into a fight and left the Madras Pub & Deli before returning early Saturday with a gun.

Police say people took Foreman to the ground after he showed the gun. A 38-year-old Madras woman was shot twice as people tried to disarm the suspect.

Her injuries were not life threatening and she was released from the hospital the same day.
