LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration is reminding taxpayers that they have three extra days this year to file their income tax returns.

The usual deadline for filing is April 15, however that day falls this year on Emancipation Day, which is being celebrated in Washington, D.C.

The deadline for filing both state and federal tax returns has been moved to midnight, Monday, April 18.
