PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona Gov. Ducey is directing that flags at all state buildings be flown at half-staff in honor of former first lady Nancy Reagan.

Reagan died on Sunday of congestive heart failure at her home in Los Angeles. She was 94. She was the wife of President Ronald Reagan.

Ducey’s flag directive issued Monday is in accordance with an order by President Barack Obama. It’s in place until Reagan’s interment.

Ducey called the former first lady “an icon of grace, poise, strength and service. “
