ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (AP) - Harding and Ouachita Baptist from the Great American Conference will open play this weekend in the NCAA Division II basketball tournament. Harding will make its sixth trip to the tournament, Ouachita made it for the second time.

The Bison received an at-large bid to the Central Region quarterfinals and will play top-seeded Augustana on Saturday in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Ouachita defeated Harding for the league’s automatic berth Sunday, 72-56, and is seeded seventh. It plays No. 2 Northwest Missouri State on Saturday.

The regional semifinals are Sunday. Harding is in a bracket with Nebraska-Kearney and Fort Hays State. With a victory Saturday, Ouachita would play either Minnesota State-Moorhead or Minnesota State.

Harding is in the tournament for the third time in four seasons. Ouachita last made it in 2008.
