VANDLING, Pa. (AP) - State officials say a paper products company plans to establish a manufacturing hub in northeastern Pennsylvania, bringing 140 jobs to the area.

Gov. Tom Wolf said the Select Products Holding operation will be established in the borough of Vandling in Lackawanna County.

Officials said the company plans to spend $6.6 million for building acquisition, expansion and plant upgrades and vows to create 140 new jobs over the next three years.

State officials say the company is getting a $280,000 state grant, $280,000 in tax credits and $63,000 in employee training funds and is also being encouraged to apply for a $2.4 million low-interest loan.
