FLORENCE, Ala. (AP) - Searchers have returned to the Tennessee River in northwest Alabama looking for two brothers who disappeared during a fishing trip last week.

Teams are using sonar in an effort to locate 29-year-old Jeremiah Sanders and 24-year-old Jacob Sanders, who went fishing Wednesday morning and haven’t been seen since.

Both men are from Florence.

The TimesDaily (https://bit.ly/24MnnP4 ) reports authorities previously used cadaver-sniffing dogs in an effort to locate the men. Divers also are available for the search.

Jacob Sanders is a member of the popular regional band the Velcro Pygmies, and his older brother is the general manager of a restaurant in Florence.
