ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - New York Conservative party officials have endorsed six congressional candidates from around the state.

The party’s executive committee voted this weekend to recommend the candidates be authorized to run on the Conservative Party line.

The candidates are Jack Martins in the third Congressional District, Frank Spotorno in the 14th, Phil Oliva in the 18th, John Faso in the 19th, Claudia Tenney in the 22nd and Rep. John Katko in the 24th.

It’s common for Republicans in New York to also run on the Conservative line.

More candidates could be authorized for the Conservative line in April.
