PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A woman and two young children have been seriously injured after they were hit by a tow truck in Philadelphia.

It happened just after 7 p.m. Monday in the Kensington section of the city.

Authorities say the 24-year-old woman was pushing a 4-year-old and 1-year-old in a stroller when they were hit by the tow truck. Investigators say the driver had a green light as the woman tried to cross the street.

Officials say the woman and 4-year-old are in critical condition and the 1-year-old is listed in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
