SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) - The southbound Interstate 29 off-ramp to Nebraska Street in Sioux City is set to close permanently.

The Iowa Department of Transportation says the exit 147B ramp in the northwestern Iowa city will close at 8 a.m. Monday, weather permitting.

Motorists should use the Hamilton Boulevard off-ramp, labeled exit 149, or the Floyd Boulevard off-ramp, labeled exit 147, to access Nebraska Street after 8 a.m. Monday. The Iowa DOT cautions motorists to drive carefully and obey the posted speed limit.
