LEBANON, N.H. (AP) - Police in New Hampshire say a heroin overdose in Lebanon has led to the arrest of a man on drug charges.

Lebanon police say they responded to a drug overdose on Barrows Street Friday night and administered opiate antidote Narcan. They say the man is expected to recover.

WBIN-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1NDQpev ) that the investigation led to the arrest of 45-year-old Douglas Larocque of Lebanon.

He is charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell. Authorities say he supplied the heroin to the overdose victim.

Police say the heroin that was recovered was stamped “anonymous” and appears to be highly potent.

Larocque is being held on $5,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.

It was not immediately known if he has a lawyer.
