O’BRIEN, Ore. (AP) - Authorities are investigating whether speed and alcohol were factors in a crash that left three people and a dog dead.

KOIN-TV reports (https://bit.ly/241XXtB) Oregon State Police say 69-year-old Tommy Dodson’s license was suspended when he drove a vehicle across the center line Friday on Highway 199.

Dodson died after colliding head-on with another vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by 62-year-old Michael Kennedy, who died at the scene along with his passenger, 51-year-old Tammy Blind, and a dog.
