SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A Sioux Falls man is accused of crashing a vehicle into a utility pole, causing outages of power, Internet and cable.

Sioux Falls Police Department Lt. Loren McManus says 20-year-old Joseph Deno was charged with DUI and reckless driving. It wasn’t immediately clear if Deno has an attorney.

A vehicle crashed into a utility pole Friday in Sioux Falls. The Argus Leader (https://argusne.ws/1U7pm7H ) reports some Midco customers who lost cable and Internet connectivity didn’t have services back until 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

More than 1,500 Xcel Energy customers were without power until about 11:30 p.m. Friday.
