MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A Minot man accused of robbing four businesses in the city this month has now been charged with a robbery in nearby Surrey.

Twenty-five-year-old Vincent Musi III is accused of robbing a convenience store in the small town on May 3. He earlier was accused of robbing a hotel, a motel and two convenience stores in Minot.

No one was hurt in any of the robberies.

Musi has said in court that there is no evidence he committed the crimes. He has said he plans to apply for a public defender, but court documents do not show that one has yet been appointed.

He could face up to 45 years in prison if convicted in all of the robberies.
