SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. (AP) - The U.S. Coast Guard says a freighter has run aground in Whitefish Bay off Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The 833-foot cargo vessel is called the Roger Blough. The Coast Guard says all crew members are reported to be safe Friday night but there are reports of flooding.

Coast Guard personnel are at the scene to help the crew and evaluate the damage.
