LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 41-year-old man suspected of shooting at a pair of Las Vegas police officers last week has been arrested.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1TELTtm ) that the suspect was arrested Wednesday and is facing charges of attempted murder with a deadly weapon as well as a number of other drug and weapons charges.

Police say the suspect was pulled over on May 18 after driving erratically. As detectives approached the vehicle, the driver fired a round through the back windshield at the detectives. The detectives were not hurt and they did not return fire.

The suspect is due in court June 8.
