SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Police are investigating a fatal stabbing on a street in Syracuse.

The Syracuse Police Department responded to a 911 call and found the stabbing victim lying on the sidewalk on Webster Avenue at 12:20 a.m. Saturday.

They say 38-year-old Willie Gilmore, of Syracuse, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Two other men were shot in separate incidents of violence overnight in Syracuse. One of the shooting victims was in critical condition and the other was in stable condition.

Police have made no arrests in the stabbing or either of the shootings.
