TOMS RIVER, N.J. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a motorcyclist killed on the Garden State Parkway when his bike collided with a van driven by a teenager who allegedly was driving drunk.

State Police say 48-year-old Frank Stetz was riding in the southbound lanes near exit 82 in Toms River when he struck the rear of the van around 8:35 p.m. Saturday

It’s not yet clear what caused the crash. Authorities say the van was in the center lane and was moving slowly or had stopped when the collision occurred.

Authorities say no other vehicles were involved in the accident and no one else was injured.

The teen driver’s name has not been released.

Authorities say the teen was charged with drunken driving and additional charges are expected.
