Investigators believe a gunman started firing amid an argument at the barbecue, on 118th Street in the South Jamaica neighborhood. The nature of the dispute isn’t immediately clear.

A man was shot in the leg, a woman in the buttocks and another man in the back. The men are both 34. The woman is 29.
