TEXARKANA, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say two people have been killed in separate automobile crashes on state roads.

Police say 25-year-old Deborah Tilley of Texarkana, Arkansas, died in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday and 73-year-old Shirley Cooper of Hope was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday.

A police report says Tilley was eastbound on Highway 237 when she slowed to make a turn and was struck in the rear by an eastbound sport utility vehicle.

No other injuries are listed in the report.

Police say Cooper died when the SUV she was a riding in on Interstate 30 near Friendship went off the interstate and rolled into several trees after a tire blew out.

The driver of the SUV was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
