GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - A center to help soldiers and veterans is opening in Grand Forks.

The Vet Center opening Tuesday will offer counseling and other services to veterans, service members and their families on weekdays. It will be housed in The Link, a Grand Forks Housing Authority facility.
