HOUSTON (AP) - Authorities say two men have died following an exchange of gunfire outside a Houston fast-food restaurant.

Houston police are trying to determine a motive for Tuesday night’s slayings.

Investigators say one car pulled into a drive-up bay at the restaurant, then a second vehicle parked nearby. Men from both cars began shooting at each other.

Sgt. Joshua Horan says one man’s body was found inside a car. Officials say two men in the other car transported a wounded man to a Houston hospital, where he died. Those two men then fled.

Police on Wednesday identified the man who died at a hospital as 21-year-old Abraham Grimaldo of Houston. The name of the man found dead in the car wasn’t immediately released.
