GOULD, Ark. (AP) - Lincoln County authorities say the body of a missing 15-year-old Gould boy has been found on the bank of a canal near Gould.

Sheriff Leonard Hogg told reporters that the body of Kameron Tarlton was found Wednesday morning, about ΒΌ mile from where his overturned all-terrain vehicle was found in the rain-swollen canal.

Hogg said the body is being sent to the state Crime Lab to determine the cause of death, but that foul play is not suspected.

Tarlton was last heard from about 1:30 a.m. Sunday when he called his sister and said he was on his way home from a friend’s house.

Officials say the canal is one Tarlton often crossed, but was swollen from a Saturday night rain.
