YORK, Pa. (AP) - A judge has rejected a plea agreement in the case of a former central Pennsylvania court clerk accused of leaking a police officer’s work schedule and information about a search warrant in a double homicide.

The York Daily Record (https://bit.ly/1TtQk9u ) reports that 31-year-old Sonya Martinez-Arce of York was to plead no contest Wednesday to obstruction in a deal that called for a year of probation.

Authorities alleged that she told someone about a warrant signed by the judge she worked for related to the June 12 slayings of 21-year-old Angel Berrios and 19-year-old Abdiel Vazquez-Soto.

Defense attorney Heather Reiner said her client denies that she provided that information.

Another ex-clerk and a friend of hers were sentenced earlier. A man is scheduled for trial in July in the slayings.
