PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - In a story May 3, The Associated Press reported that A majority of Oregon’s health insurance companies are proposing rate hikes for the individual and small group markets in 2017. The story should have made clear that federal officials said for about 71 percent of Oregon consumers the higher insurance rates will be balanced by tax credits.
