DETROIT (AP) - Two more Detroit principals have pleaded guilty to accepting kickbacks from a contractor.

James Hearn says he got $11,500 in gift cards, while Nina Graves-Hicks says she received $27,385 in gift cards. They’re among 14 people, mostly school principals, charged with corruption.

Principals in the Detroit district were responsible for ordering supplies and selecting vendors. Prosecutors expect to get many guilty pleas this spring, including one from Norman Shy, the contractor who rewarded principals who signed off on his exaggerated invoices.
