MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (AP) - Authorities have identified a body that was found earlier this week by two people fishing in the Mattabesset River in Middletown.

Police say the man found was 32-year-old Daniel Loguidice of Middletown.

Police say there was no foul play involved in the death, but did not say how his remains came to be in the river.

They say a report is being prepared by the medical examiner’s office in Farmington.
