EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a student has confessed to buying LSD from a secretive site on the Internet, then selling the drugs from his East Stroudsburg University dorm room.

The Monroe County district attorney has charged 20-year-old Michael Mancini, of Landenberg, Chester County.

The DA used information gathered by campus police and the county drug task force to charge Mancini late Wednesday. He faces a preliminary hearing May 17.

Authorities acted on a tip and intercepted a letter Mancini received from Fun Stuff LLC in Wailuku, Hawaii, last month.

They say it contained a plastic bag marked “Mint Condition” and contained two Pokemon cards. Pressed between the cards was an LSD-soaked piece of paper with 25 smaller squared “hits” of the drug.

Mancini’s attorney didn’t immediately return a call Friday.

This story has been corrected to show the LSD was shipped from Wailuku, not Wailuky.
