GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Grand Forks Police say they arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of reckless endangerment and possession of explosives after responding to a report of a firearm discharged in an adjacent apartment.

Police say officers responded about 5:30 a.m. Saturday and obtained a search warrant to locate the weapon that was fired. During the search, detectives noted several concerning items and called in the Grand Forks Regional Bomb Squad for assistance.
