NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Pulaski County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a Jacksonville man.

A deputy on patrol Friday found the body of 33-year-old Elgin Brice lying in the road on the western edge of North Little Rock.

The deputy’s report says Brice stopped breathing shortly after he arrived.

The report says the deputy found a front license plate bracket at the scene, but does not offer a suspected vehicle description.
