MILWAUKEE (AP) - A Milwaukee man accused of tossing a container of soup from an SUV onto a woman’s parked car, driving past her home and fatally hitting her has been sentenced.

Nineteen-year-old Troy Tiedke was sentenced Friday to six years in prison and five years on supervision in the November death of 35-year-old ReeAnna Ramazini. He pleaded guilty in March to charges of hit-and-run involving death and knowingly operating while suspended, causing death.

According to court records, Ramazini’s boyfriend was in her car when Tiedke threw the container and tried to follow the SUV. They say there was a confrontation when both vehicles eventually came back to Ramazini’s home, and she was struck by the SUV while trying to photograph it from the roadway.

The Journal Sentinel (https://bit.ly/1TtJvEC ) reports Assistant District Attorney Karl Hayes conceded there wasn’t intent to strike Ramazini.
