DOVER, Del. (AP) - Authorities say a traffic stop has led to the arrest of two people on drug charges after Dover police searched their vehicle.

The Journal News (https://delonline.us/1T4yEUH) reports that Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said in a statement that officers arrested Zechariah Gilbert and Michelle Jackson, both 22, near North Edgehill Avenue and Division Street on Friday after searching the vehicle. The police statement says 5 grams of crack cocaine and 1.5 grams of heroin were found.

Police say they face charges including intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

Authorities say Jackson is facing additional charges for probation violation. She’s being held on a $37,500 secured and $1,000 cash bonds. Gilbert is being held on a $37,000 bond.

It wasn’t immediately clear if either has an attorney.
