BEAVER, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say the former owner of a western Pennsylvania barbershop is being sought in a 2013 murder in light of new witness statements and video surveillance.

The Beaver County district attorney’s office said an arrest warrant was issued Thursday for 44-year-old Eric Washington in the September 2013 shooting death of 45-year-old Jerome Goosby and the wounding of another man.

District Attorney David Lozier said Washington is accused of having shot at the two men from behind a dollar store after they had left the Brighton Pioneer Elks Lodge across the street.

Officials said a cellphone belonging to the suspect was found at the scene and a witness reported seeing him there at the time of the crime.

Court documents don’t list a defense attorney who could respond to the charges.
