CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - Prosecutors say they’ve made an arrest in the shooting death of a man killed outside a funeral home while a viewing was under way for his grandmother.

Camden County prosecutors say 31-year-old Camden resident Victor Rodriguez is charged as an accomplice in the murder of 22-year-old Jonathan Vasquez. But they didn’t comment on what role they believe Rodriguez played in the shooting.

The victim was shot several times Thursday night at the May Funeral Home in Camden. He was pronounced dead at a hospital a short time later.

Rodriguez was arrested around 8 p.m. Saturday and his bail was set at $1 million. It wasn’t known Sunday if he has retained an attorney.

Authorities say the investigation in to the shooting is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
