BECKLEY, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia State Police are searching for two inmates who escaped from the Beckley Correctional Center.

Trooper K.A. Filer in Beckley tells the Bluefield Daily Telegraph (https://bit.ly/1O92N6c ) that 21-year-old Travis Anthony Seal and 33-year-old Jason Ray Blankenship escaped at about 4 a.m. Saturday. Details of the escape weren’t released.

Filer says Seal was convicted of burglary and conspiracy charges in Mercer County. Blankenship has a grand larceny conviction in Mason County.

Seal is described as having a single tear drop tattoo on his face. He has blue eyes, brown hair and weighs about 150 pounds.

Blankenship has several tattoos, including a cross on his right shoulder. He has brown hair, brown eyes and weighs about 140 pounds.

The trooper says anyone with information can call State Police at (304) 256-6700.
