PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police are investigating the deaths of two women in Philadelphia, one found on a Center City street and another in a vacant northeast Philadelphia building.

Investigators said a woman who appeared to be about 50 years old was found unresponsive on a street in the Society Hill neighborhood shortly after 10:30 a.m. Saturday. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A couple of hours later, officers in the Kensington neighborhood got a tip that there may have been a homicide in a vacant building. A woman was found inside with head trauma just before 2:30 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene. The case was classified a homicide, but no arrests have been reported.
