TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - One person has been hurt in a machete attack during a Topeka home invasion.

Police Sgt. Kristen Marr says two men forced their way into the residence early Monday before attacking the man with a machete. The Topeka Capital-Journal (https://bit.ly/1Nof9XX) reports that the victim was taken to a hospital in an ambulance and listed in stable condition.

No one was immediately arrested. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
