HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (AP) - A former central Pennsylvania hotel worker has agreed to return to India and stay out of the county where he was accused of sexually assaulting two hotel guests.

The Altoona Mirror (https://bit.ly/1rKp7ZI ) reports Arunkumar (ah-run-KOO’-mar) Patel pleaded guilty Friday to reduced charges of simple assault in return for charges of indecent assault being dropped.

He must now show proof to a Blair County judge that he’ll leave the country within a month and never return to the county.

The 63-year-old suspect was arrested last year after two different female guests at the Budget Inn in Duncansville reported being fondled and sexually accosted by Patel in early July.

Patel was working and living at the hotel at the time.

Patel must forward proof that he’s arrived in India through his attorney.
