LEBANON, N.H. (AP) - An anonymous donor has given $18,000 for body cameras for police in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2eQy0xN) the money will buy 10 cameras, accessories, hardware installation and training.

Police Chief Richard Mello said the donor is a longtime resident who is motivated out of her own concern for police on patrol.

Police departments in some communities, like Weare and Goffstown, use body cameras.

The body cameras in Lebanon should be up and running in the next couple of months.
