1 man killed, another wounded in shooting at Fontana park

FONTANA, Calif. (AP) - Fontana police are searching for a gunman who fatally shot a man and wounded another near where a baseball game was being played at a park.

KCBS-TV reports (https://cbsloc.al/2fgumuH ) officers responding to the shooting Tuesday evening at Veteran’s Park found two men in their 50s with gunshot wounds.

Both victims were rushed to a hospital, where one died. The condition of the other man wasn’t immediately known.

Fontana detectives are looking for potential witnesses. They have not identified a possible motive.
