HANNIBAL, Mo. (AP) - Authorities in the northeast Missouri town are investigating after a man fell three stories to his death.

The man fell about 6:30 a.m. Thursday from the Levering Regional Health Care building. The victim’s name has not been released but Marion County Coroner Darrell McCoy told WGEM-TV (https://bit.ly/2g06RY0 ) reports that he was 45. McCoy did not say if the man worked at the center, was a resident or a visitor.

Hannibal police declined to disclose details other than a death investigation is underway.
