BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore Police are looking for a man who they say kicked and stomped four puppies, killing them.

Police say in a statement that an arrest warrant has been issued for 21-year-old Donald Yearwood, who allegedly killed the puppies earlier this month.

Officers responded Nov. 9 to a report of animal cruelty at a Baltimore home. Witnesses told police that Yearwood had been trying to sleep when the puppies began making noise. Yearwood allegedly kicked and stomped the puppies before putting them in a box and leaving.

The animals were later found in a dumpster. Three were pronounced dead at the scene, and a fourth puppy was taken to an animal medical center, where he died.

Anyone with information on Yearwood’s whereabouts is asked to contact police. It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
