TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Two New Jersey health aides have had their certifications suspended, one on charges he had sexual contact with an elderly woman and another on charges she stole $32,000.

New Jersey Attorney General Christopher Porrino announced the suspensions on Friday.

He says Robin Frye, of Newark, is charged with sexual assault by force and was arrested in May on charges he had illegal sexual contact with an elderly woman at a place he worked.

Officials say Dionne Eke, of Lawrence Township, was arrested in October on charges she made unauthorized charges and used a blank check from a patient totaling $32,000.

The suspensions mean the defendants are barred from working with patients until the charges are resolved.

It’s unclear if the defendants have attorneys to speak for them.
