HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A school official says a wall at the Lyme-Old Lyme High School and a few other sites in Old Lyme have been vandalized with graffiti.

The Hartford Courant reports (https://cour.at/2g5wZzl) that Superintendent of Schools Ian Neviaser says the graffiti was discovered Saturday morning and immediately removed.

He says most of the graffiti was related to the girls soccer state championship game on Saturday and there was one negative message about Republican President-elect Donald Trump.

Neviaser says he’s working closely with state and local police to determine who is responsible.

He says the graffiti in Old Lyme was in the downtown area.
