OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Authorities in Oklahoma City say they’re investigating the shooting death of a 36-year-old man.

Police announced Monday that no arrests have been made in last week’s killing of Richard Gene Nelson Jr. Authorities say Nelson was found late Wednesday in his backyard, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police say Nelson was taken to an Oklahoma City hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities did not release any suspect information, and anyone with information is asked to call police. Nelson’s death is the 68th homicide in Oklahoma City so far this year.
