RANKIN, Pa. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a man fatally stabbed in a Pittsburgh suburb but have yet to say whether they’re close to charging the other man believed to be responsible.

The Allegheny County medical examiner says Monday the victim’s name is 51-year-old Trenton Campbell.

County homicide detectives say Campbell was stabbed at a residence in Rankin about 12:30 p.m. Sunday, but an autopsy to confirm that was still pending.

Police said Sunday that they were questioning another man in the incident, but didn’t immediately charge him with a crime. Police haven’t said whether there’s anything new to report on their investigation.

Rankin is about five miles east of Pittsburgh along the Monongahela River.
